A stunning Edwardian 18ct gold sapphire and diamond navette ring with all the elegance and unique beauty of its age. At its heart rests a deep blue sapphire, serene and luminous as a midnight sky, encircled by a constellation of old-cut diamonds, their gentle fire forming a marquise halo; a celestial shape beloved in the early 20th century for its grace and symbolism of eternity.


The rich yellow gold setting enhances the cool brilliance of the stones, creating a marriage of warmth and light that evokes candlelit soirées and moonlit carriages. This antique heirloom bears hallmarks for Alabaster & Wilson circa 1905, the same year E.M. Forster’s ‘Where Angels Fear to Tread’ was published.
