A stunning Victorian 15ct gold graduated topaz five-stone ring, the band with tapered foliate shoulders to show off the featured stones and their elegant, beaded settings, with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1900.

 

These soft peachy-gold topaz stones glitter on the hand; and especially so under candlelight, the open back setting allowing light to pass through the ring. 

 

Historically topaz was considered a symbol of love and affection, and has been used in royal jewellery. It is a cherished gemstone, favoured for its beautiful colours and associations with love, joy and positive energy.
